- What's the minimum order quantity?
- Apparel starts at 24 pieces per style. Mats start at 50. Water bottles start at 50. Props (blocks, straps, towels) start at 50 per item. Mix quantities across categories in a single order.
- How long does production take?
- Standard production is 10-14 business days from approved proof. Rush production (6-8 days) is available on most items — contact us with your studio opening or event date.
- Are your materials sustainable?
- Yes. Apparel uses OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. Mats use natural rubber or TPE (no PVC). Water bottles are BPA-free stainless or Tritan. Props are PER foam (latex-free, recyclable). We can provide material certifications on request.
- Can we get apparel and mats with the same logo treatment?
- Yes — brand-suite consistency is what we're built for. Your logo is applied to every product type from the same master file, with appropriate scaling and placement for each item.
- Can mats be branded with a custom design on the surface, not just a corner logo?
- Yes — full-surface mat prints are available for orders over 100 pieces. Submit a print-ready design; we'll proof it scaled to a 68 x 24 inch mat format before production.
- Do you offer teacher-training kit packages (mat + block + strap + tee)?
- Yes — training kit bundles are a popular program. We quote the bundle as a single SKU and assemble in a branded bag or box for each trainee.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Net-30 terms available for established studio accounts — apply via the wholesale form.
- Can we order samples before the full studio kit?
- Yes — sample packs (one unit per category) are available at cost. Most studio founders order a sample pack 4-6 weeks before opening to approve quality in person.
- Do you handle white-label production with no Yogamize branding?
- Yes — all production ships under your studio brand. Zero Yogamize branding on products or packaging.
- Do you ship internationally for retreat programs?
- Yes — we ship to Europe, Canada, Australia, and Southeast Asia. International freight is quoted by destination. Allow 5-7 extra business days for international shipments.
